White Cabbage Salad Recipe2014-04-15

Half a White Cabbage
1 cup of crushed walnuts
1/2 cup of seedless sultanas
4 tablespoons of yoghurt
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1) Cut the White Cabbage into half from the root and then slice thinly. Put a tablespoon of salt and rub it together until you have softer cabbage that are separated from each other.
2) Rinse the White Cabbage throughly and dry it using a salad spinner or tissue paper or clean kitchen towel.
3) Roughly crush the walnut and wash the seedless sultanas and put that on the dried white cabbage.
4) In a small bowl mix together the yoghurt, mayonnaise, white vinegar and add that to the white cabbage. Sprinkle some salt and mix that thoroughly and serve.
