Spicy Mushroom Salad Recipe

1 packet of button mushrooms
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 green chili pepper
1 tablespoons of olive oil


1) Peel the mushrooms removing the stem and cut them into 4 pieces.
2) Wash the chili pepper removing the seeds and finely chop it.
3) Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan and heat it and then add the chili pepper and saute it for few minutes.
4) Add the chopped mushrooms and let that cook on low heat. Once the mushrooms are golden brown then add the grated Parmesan and saute for another minute or so and then serve while hot.
5) Enjoy.
