Ingredients

2 Fennels
2 Carrots
2 juices of lime
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt

Method

1) Wash the fennels, removing the bottom and green bits.
2) Wash and peel the carrots.
3) Slice both the carrots and the fennels very thinly. You should use an electronic slicer if you have one.
4) Put the sliced carrots and fennels into a serving plate.
5) Mix the salt, lime juice and the olive oil in a small bowl and put it on the fennel and carrot salad, mix well and serve.
6) Enjoy. Fennel and carrot salad is a very refreshing salad and helps digestion.
