Chilli Garlic Paste Recipe

100 grams of peeled garlic
25-30 dried red chilli peppers, seeds removed, washed and dried
1 cup of olive oil


1) Put all in a blender and blend until it forms a fine paste.  If necessary you can use less or more olive oil.
2) Put this paste in a small jar and keep it in the fridge and use when cooking.
3) Enjoy.
